नोट : निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।
6. Explain cyber jurisprudence. साइबर विधि शास्त्र को समझाइए ।
7. What do you mean by copyright issues? How it can be resolved?
कॉपीराइट बिन्दुओं से आप क्या समझते हैं ? इन्हें किस प्रकार सुलझाया जा सकता है ?
8. Define E-Governance. Distinguish between e- Governance and Governance.
ई - शासन को परिभाषित कीजिए । ई-शासन ( गवर्नेस ) तथा शासन (गवर्नेन्स) के अन्तर लिखिए ।

नोट : निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है । विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।
9. Explain the composition and powers of cyber appellate tribunal. साइबर अधिनियम न्यायाधिकरण के गठन तथा शक्तियों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।
10. Explain offences and penalties under Information Technology Act, 2000. सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 के अन्तर्गत अपराधों एवं दण्डों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।
11. Write an essay on cyber world. साइबर संसार पर एक निबन्ध लिखिए ।
12. What is defamation ? Discuss the law relating to defamation in the context of cyber law. मानहानि क्या है ? साइबर विधि के परिप्रेक्ष्य में मानहानि से सम्बन्धित विधि की विवेचना कीजिये ।
13. What is Trade-mark ? How it can be infringed ? What is the remedy against infringement ? Discuss. व्यापार-चिन्ह क्या है ? इसका उल्लंघन कैसे होता है ? इस उल्लंघन के विरूद्ध क्या उपचार है ? व्याख्या करें।
