Section-A
(खण्ड- अ)
Very Short Answer Questions ( अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Note: Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 4 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words. 5x4=20
नोट : सभी पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिये । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

नोटः किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।

6. सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम के अंतर्गत कम्प्यूटर तथा कम्प्यूटर नेटवर्क को हानि पहुँचाने के लिये दंड के क्या प्रावधान दिये गये हैं? सूचना प्रकाशन में असफल होने से संबंधित किन-किन दंड का प्रावधान है?
What are the provisions under IT Act related to penalty for damage to computer and computer network? What penalty is imposed for failure to publish information under this Act?
7. ई-शासन से आप क्या समझते है? इलैक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम द्वारा की गई संविदाओं की वैधानिकता से संबंधित आई० टी० एक्ट के प्रावधानों की विवेचना कीजिये ।
What do you understand by E-Governance? Discuss the provisions of IT Act related to validity of contracts formed through electronic means.
8. आई०टी० अधिनियम 2000 के उद्देश्यों एवं प्रमुख विशेषताओं की विस्तार से चर्चा कीजिये।
Discuss in detail the objects and salient features of IT Act 2000.

नोटः किन्ही तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।

9. भारतीय दंड संहिता के किन्हीं पाँच प्रावधानों की विस्तार से चर्चा कीजिये जो साइबर अपराधों के बारे में प्रावधान करते हैं। Discuss in detail any five provisions of Indian Penal Code that provide for Cyber crime.
10. साइबर अपराध से आप क्या समझते हैं? विभिन्न प्रकार के ऐसे अपराधों की विवेचना कीजिये जो इंटरनेट की सहायता से किये जाते हैं। What do you understand by cyber crime? Discuss various types of crimes committed with the help of internet.
11. इंटरनेट पर वाक स्वतंत्रता के अधिकार व सेंसरशिप के मुद्दों की विवेचना कीजिये तथा इस संबंध में आई० टी० अधिनियम के प्रावधानों व निर्णीत वादों का उल्लेख कीजिये।
Discuss the right of freedom of speech on internet and censorship issues in India in the light of the provisions IT Act and decided cases.
12. आई0 टी0 अधिनियम के अंतर्गत नियंत्रक कैसे नियुक्त किया जाता है? उसके क्या कार्य एवं कर्तव्य होते हैं? उसके पास इलैक्ट्रॉनिक चिन्हक प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने के लिये अनुज्ञप्ति प्रदान करने की क्या-क्या शक्तियाँ होती हैं? वह कब इस अनुज्ञप्ति का निलंबन कर सकता है?
How a controller is appointed under IT Act ? What are his functions and duties? What are his powers to grant licence to issue electronic signature certificate? When such licence may be suspended by him?
13. सॉफ्टवेयर चोरी से आप क्या समझते हैं? इंटरनेट पर कॉपीराइट चुनौतियों की विवेचना कीजिये। What do you understand by software piracy? Discuss the challenges of copyright in internet.
