Section-A
खण्ड - अ
(Very Short Answer Questions)
( अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Note: This section contains five questions, all questions will be compulsory. There will be no internal choice. Each question carries 4 marks. 5×4=20
नोट : इस खण्ड के पाँच प्रश्न हैं, सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य है। इनमें कोई आन्तरिक चयन का विकल्प नहीं होगा । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है।
1. Distinguish between Fundamental Rights and Human Rights.
मौलिक अधिकारों और मानव अधिकारों के मध्य अन्तर कीजिए ।
2. What rights are called collective rights?
सामूहिक अधिकार कौन-से अधिकारों को कहा जाता है ?
3. How far right to life is protected in various international instruments on human rights?
विभिन्न अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार उपकरणों में कहाँ तक जीवन के अधिकारों को सुरक्षित किया गया है ?
4. Write a brief note on the Economic and Social Council.
आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक परिषद पर एक संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिये |
5. Write a brief note on United Nations Educational,
Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). संयुक्त राष्ट्र शैक्षणिक, वैज्ञानिक और सांस्कृतिक संगठनों ( यूनेस्को) पर एक संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।

खण्ड - ब
(Short Answer Questions )

Note: This section contains three questions, attempt any two questions. Each question carries 10 marks. 2×10=20
नोट : इस खण्ड के तीन प्रश्न हैं, किन्हीं दो को हल कीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है ।
6. Write a brief note on Civil and Political Rights under the American Convention on Human Rights.
मानवाधिकार पर अमेरिकी अभिसमय के अन्तर्गत दीवानी और राजनीतिक अधिकारों पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।
7. Discuss the role of National Human Rights Commission in the protection of the Human Rights of the Citizen in India.
राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग की भारतीय नागरिकों के मानवाधिकार सुरक्षा में भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिये ।
8. Write a brief note on United Nations Charter and Human Rights.
संयुक्त राष्ट्र चार्टर और मानव अधिकारों पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।

(Detailed Answer Questions)

Note: This section contains five questions, attempt any three questions. Each question carries 20 marks. 3 x 20 = 60
नोट: इस खण्ड में पांच प्रश्न हैं, किन्हीं तीन को हल कीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है
9. Critically examine the rights and freedom provided under the European Conventions on Human Rights.
मानवाधिकारों पर यूरोपियन अभिसमय में वर्णित अधिकार एवं स्वतंत्रताओं की आलोचनात्मक परीक्षण कीजिये ।
10. Discuss the basic Human Rights guaranteed and protected under the Constitution of India.
भारत के संविधान के अंतर्गत गारंटीकृत और संरक्षित मूल मानव अधिकारों की विवेचना कीजिये ।
11. Discuss the salient features of International Covention on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights. Do these rights reflect in the Indian Constitution? covention
सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं सांस्कृतिक अधिकारों के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अभिसमय के प्रमुख तथ्यों की विवेचना कीजिये। क्या ये अधिकार भारतीय संविधान में प्रलक्षित होते हैं ?
12. Write a short note on any two:
(i) National Commission for Women.
(ii) Human Rights Committee and its mechanism
(iii) Public Interest Litigation and Judicial activities
किन्हीं दो पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए :
(i) राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग
(ii) मानवाधिकार कमेटी और इसकी प्रणाली
(iii) लोकहित वाद तथा न्यायिक सक्रियता
13. The Universal Declaration on Human Rights contains the general principles of law recognized by civilized nations and also an authoritative interpretation of the Charter by the General Assembly. Discuss the importance and provisions of UDHR in above reference.
मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा में सभ्य राष्ट्रों द्वारा स्वीकृत विधि सिद्धान्तों को सम्मिलित किया गया है तथा महासभा द्वारा अभिसमय का प्राधिकारिक निर्वचन किया गया है । इस संदर्भ में मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा का महत्व और प्रावधानों की विवेचना कीजिये ।
