Section-A
Very Short Answer Type Questions
(अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Note: Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 4 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words.
सभी पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
1. What is the definition of Human Rights under the protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 ?
मानवाधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम 1993 के अन्तर्गत 'मानवाधिकार की परिभाषा क्या है ?
2. Convention on the nationality of married women.
विवाहित महिलाओं को राष्ट्रीयता पर अभिसमय।
3. Netto's case.
नेटोवाद।
4. Why is October 24 celebrated as U.N. Day all over the world ?
24 अक्टूबर को पूरे विश्व में यू. एन. दिवस क्यों मनाया जाता है ?
5. What are the fundamental pillars of democracy ?
लोकतंत्र के मूल स्तम्भ क्या है ?
Section-B (खण्ड-ब)
Short Answer Type Questions
(लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Note Attempt any two questions out of the following three questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
6. Distinguish between Fundamental Rights and Human Rights.
मूल अधिकारों एवं मानव अधिकारों में अन्तर स्थापित कीजिए।
7. Under which article of universal declaration of Human Rights, equality of rights to men and women and their better standard of life, has been declared ? Explain.
मानव अधिकारों के सार्वभौमिक घोषणा के किस अनुच्छेद के तहत पुरुषों और महिलाओं की समानता तथा उनके बेहतर जीवन स्तर को घोषित किया गया है ? व्याख्या कीजिए।
8. Discuss the role of U. N. High Commissioner for Human Rights.
संयुक्त राष्ट्र में यू. एन. हाई कमीशनर फॉर ह्यूमेन राइट्स की भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिए।
Section-C (खण्ड-स)
Long Answer Type Questions
(दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Note Attempt any three questions. Each question carries 20 marks. Answer is required in detailed.
किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
9. Write an essay on Human Rights and the United Nations Charter.
मानवाधिकार एवं संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ चार्टर पर एक निबंध लिखिए।
10. Explain the method of implementation of Human Rights provided under the International covenant on Civil and Political Rights, 1966.
सिविल व राजनीतिक अधिकारों की अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय संघ, 1966 में प्रदत्त मानव अधिकारों को लागू करने की प्रक्रिया को समझाइए ।
11. Discuss the role of National Human Rights Commission in the protection of the Human Rights of the citizens in India.
राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग (भारत) की भारत के नागरिकों के मानवाधिकार की रक्षा में भूमिका की विवेचना कीजिए।
12. Discuss the right to equality under Part III of Indian Constitution as a facet of Human Rights incorporated in International instruments.
अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय अभिसमयों में मानवाधिकारों के पक्ष के रूप में निहित भारतीय संविधान के भाग तीन में समानता का अधिकार की विवेचना कीजिए।
13. Give an account of judicial interpretation in India which support human rights. Discuss in detail with case laws.
भारत के मानवाधिकारों के समर्थन में वर्णित न्यायिक निर्वचनों का लेखा-जोखा दीजिए। वाद विधि के साथ विस्तृत व्याख्या कीजिए ।
