Very Short Answer Type Questions

Note:- Attempt all the five questions. Each question caries 4 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words.
सभी पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

Note :- Attempt any two questions out of the following three questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
6. What is digital signature? What is the procedure of license to issue digital signature cretificate? When can it be suspended?
अंकीय हस्ताक्षर क्या है ? अंकीय हस्ताक्षर प्रमाणपत्र को जारी करने के लिये लाइसेंस की क्या प्रक्रिया है ? यह कब निलंबित किया जा सकता है?
7. What mechanism has been povided to control cyber offences under Information Technology Act, 20002 Discuss.
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 में साइबर अपराधों का नियंत्रण करने के लिये क्या प्रणाली बताई गई है ? विवेचना कीजिये।
8. Write a note on c-governance.
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक शासन पर टिप्पणी लिखिये।

Long Answer Type Questions
(दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Note :- Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 20 marks. Answer is required in detail.
निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
9. Describe the salient features of Information Technology Act, 2000 as amended in 2008. What are its objects?
2008 में संशोधित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की मुख्य विशेषताएँ क्या हैं? इसके उद्देश्य क्या हैं ?
10. "The Informations Technology Act, 2000 after adendment in 2008. perceives the crime of cyber pormography from different angles." Discuss.
"2008 के संशोधन के पश्चात् सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000, साइबर अश्लीलता के अपराध को विभिन्न कोणों से देखता है।" इस कथन की विवेचना कीजिये।
11. Explain the amendments made in various provisions of Indian Penal code in the light of Informations Technology Act, 2000.
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 के प्रकाश में भारती दंड संहिता के विभिन्न प्रावधानों में किये गये संशोधनों को समझाइये।
12. Discuss right to freedom of speech in cyber space, in Indian scenario. How Information Technology Act 2000, as amended in 2008, protects it?
भारतीय परिप्रेक्ष्य में साइबर लोक में वाक् स्वतन्त्रता के अधिकार की विवेचना कीजिये। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम (संशोधित 2008) इसे कैसे सुरक्षित करता है ?
13. What is software piracy ? Discuss copyright and its fair use in internet with position in India,
सॉफ्टवेयर डकैती क्या होती है ? प्रतिलिप्याधिकार एवं इसके इंटरनेट पर उचित प्रयोग को भारतीय दशा के अंतर्गत विवेचना कीजिये।
