Section-A
(Very Short Answer Questions)
( अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Note: Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 4 marks. Very Short answer is required not exceeding 75 words.
नोट: सभी पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिये । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
1. What is 'MAGNA CARTA'?
मैग्ना कार्टा क्या है ?
2. What do you understand by Human Right to Equality ?
समानता के मानवाधिकार से आप क्या समझते हैं ?
3. Write briefly about 'Fair trial' as a human right?
'निष्पक्ष विचारण' मानवाधिकार के रूप में पर संक्षेप में लिखें ।
4. How does National Commission for Women constitute ?
राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग का गठन कैसे होता है ?
5. Name any four Civil and Political rights.
किन्हीं चार दीवानी और राजनीतिक अधिकारों का नाम लिखिए ।
Section-B
(Short Answer Questions)
( लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Note: Attempt any two questions out of the following three questions. Each question carries 5 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
नोट : निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
6. What are the nature and importance of Human Rights? Discuss.
मानवाधिकार की प्रकृति और महत्व क्या है ? विवेचना कीजिए ।
7. Write a short note on National Human Right Commission ?
राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग पर संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।
8. Discuss the role of UNO in protecting the Human Rights.
मानवाधिकार संरक्षण में संयुक्त राष्ट्र की भूमिका की विवेचना करें ।

(Detailed Answer Questions)

Note: Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 20 marks. Answer is required in detail.
नोट : निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।
9. Describe the international mechanism provided for enforcement of Human rights.
मानवाधिकारों के प्रवर्तन के लिये अंतराष्ट्रीय मशीनरी का वर्णन कीजिए ।
10. 'Public Interest Litigation has played a pivotal role in upholding Human Rights in India'. Discuss in detail with case laws.
'भारत में जनहित याचिका ने मानव अधिकारों के समर्थन में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभायी है।' वाद निर्णय सहित विस्तारपूर्वक विवेचना कीजिए ।
11. Discuss the salient features of international covenant on Social, Economic and Cultural Rights. Do these rights reflected in the Indian Constitution? Explain.
सामाजिक, आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अभिमोचन के मुख्य तत्वों की विवेचना करें। क्या ये अधिकार भारतीय संविधान में दर्शित होते हैं ? स्पष्ट करें।
12. Discuss the various rights enshrined in American Convention on Human Rights, 1969.
अमेरिकन मानवाधिकार अभिसमय, 1969 में वर्णित विभिन्न अधिकारों की विवेचना कीजिये ।
13. 'Universal Declaration of Human Rights addressed to the individual does contain inalienable rights of individual'. Explain.
'मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा जो व्यक्ति को संबोधित करती है, व्यक्ति के अहस्तान्तरणीय अधिकारों को सम्मिलित करती है' व्याख्या कीजिये ।
