Note: Attempt all the five questions. Each question carries 4 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words.
नोटः सभी पाँच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 4 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

(Short Answer Question)

Note: Attempt any two questions out of the following three questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
नोट: निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

7. Information technology plays an important role in the field of intellectual property rights: Discuss.
'बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकार के क्षेत्र में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करती है।' विवेचना कीजिए ।
8. What is the procedure to issue Digital Signature Certificate? When can it be suspended and when can it be revoked?
अंकीय हस्ताक्षर प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने की क्या प्रक्रिया है? कब इसका निलंबन किया जा सकता है तथा कब इसका प्रतिसंहरण किया जा सकता है ?

(Detailed Answer Questions)

Note: Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 20 marks. Answer is required in detail.
नोट: निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों का उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
9. Discuss with decided cases the mechanism provided under Information Technology Act 2000 to control cyber offences.
निर्णीत वादों के साथ, साइबर अपराधों को नियंत्रण में रखने के लिए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 मे दी गई प्रणाली की विवेचना कीजिए ।
10. e-Governance and e-Commerce has a great influence on law of contract. Discuss with decided cases.
इलेक्ट्रानिक शासन व इलेक्ट्रानिक वाणिज्य का संविदा विधि पर बहुत अधिक प्रभाव पड़ा है। निर्णीत वादों के साथ इस कथन की विवेचना कीजिए ।
11. According to Indian scenario, discuss right to privacy in cyber space. How Information Technology Act 2000 (amended 2008) protects it?
भारतीय परिप्रेक्ष्य के अनुसार साइबर लोक में निजता के अधिकार की विवेचना कीजिए। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 (संशोधित 2008) इसे किस प्रकार रक्षित करता है?
12. What is software piracy? Discuss copyright and its fair use in internet with position in India.
सॉफ्टवेयर डकैती क्या होती है? भारतीय दशा के अनुसार प्रतिलिप्याधिकार एवं इंटरनेट पर इसके उचित उपयोग की विवेचना कीजिए |
13. Discuss various aspects of cyber pornography with punishments prescribed in Information Technology Act 2000 as amended in 2008.
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम 2000 ( संशोधित 2008) के अनुसार साइबर अश्लीलता के विभिन्न पहलुओं की दिये गये सजा के प्रावधानों के साथ, विवेचना कीजिए।
