4. How does National Human Rights Commission Constitute?
मानवाधिकार आयोग का गठन किस प्रकार होता है ?
5. What is the difference between Human Rights and Fundamental Rights?
मानव अधिकार व मूल अधिकारों के क्या अंतर है ?

Note: Attempt any two questions out of the following 3 questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
नोट: निम्नलिखित 3 प्रश्नों से दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 10 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
6. Are the Human Rights 'a grant by a state' or are they inherent in a human being? Discuss the importance and philosophy of nature of Human Rights.
क्या मानवाधिकार राज्य द्वारा प्रदत्त है या मानव में अर्न्तनिहित है ? मानव अधिकार के महत्व और प्राकृतियों के दर्शन की व्याख्या कीजिए ।
7. Write a short note on National Commission for Women.
राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग पर एक संक्षिप्त टिप्पणी लिखिए ।
8. Give an account of judicial activism in India with regard to upholding Human Rights.
भारत में मानव अधिकार के समर्थन के संदर्भ में न्यायिक सक्रियता का लेखा-जोखा दीजिए।

नोट: निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
9. For the implementation of the provisions of the covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the main instrumentality envisaged is the Human Rights Committee. Discuss composition, procedure and functioning of the committee.
दीवानी तथा राजनीतिक अधिकारों के अभिसमय के प्रावधानों को लागू करने के लिए, मुख्य साधन मानवाधिकार कमेटी में निहित है। मानवाधिकार कमेटी के गठन, प्रक्रिया और कार्यपद्धति की विवेचना करें।
10. The Directive Principles of State Policy contained in Part IV of the Constitution aims at providing social and economic rights and welfare of all. Describe their nature and relevance to the International Covenant on Social and Economic Rights.
भारतीय संविधान के भाग IV में वर्णित राज्य की नीति निर्देशक तत्व का उद्देश्य सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक अधिकार और सभी का कल्याण है। उनकी प्रकृति की व्याख्या करते हुए सामाजिक और आर्थिक अधिकारों के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अभिसमय के संदर्भ में प्रासंगिकता कीजिये ।
11. Discuss the various rights enshrined in European Convention on Human Rights.
यूरोपीयन मानवाधिकार अभिसमय में अर्न्तनिहित विभिन्न अधिकारों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।
12. The Universal Declaration on Human Rights contains the general principles of law recognized by civilized nations and also an authoritative interpretation of the Charter by the General Assembly. Discuss the importance and provisions of UDHR in above reference.
मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा में सभ्य राष्ट्रों द्वारा स्वीकृत विधि सिद्धान्तों को सम्मिलित किया गया है और महासभा द्वारा अभिसमय का प्राधिकारिक निर्वचन किया गया है। इस संदर्भ में मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा का महत्व और प्रावधानों की विवेचना करें।
13. Discuss the provisions of the International Human Rights Instruments regarding the principle of equal rights of men and women.
स्त्रियों और पुरुषों के समान अधिकारों के सिद्धान्त के संबंध में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकारों प्रलेखों के प्रावधानों की विवेचना करें ।
