नोट : निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
6. Explain the basic steps for applying for a Patent.
पेटेन्ट के आवेदन के लिये मूल चरणों की व्याख्या कीजिए ।
7. Explain 'Cyber jurisprudence'.
साइबर विधि - शास्त्र की व्याख्या कीजिए ।
8. Write an essay on 'Cyber Crimes.
'साइबर अपराधों' पर एक निबन्ध लिखिये ।

(Detailed Answer Questions)

Note: Attempt any three questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Answer is required in detail.

9. What are the basic principle's of Trade Mark. Explain the Utility of trade mark in marketing.
ट्रेड मार्क के मुख्य नियम क्या हैं? मार्केटिंग में ट्रेड मार्क की उपयोगिता का वर्णन कीजिए ।
10. Write notes on the following-
(i) Trojan Horse
(ii) Advisory Committee
(iii) Unauthorized modification of computer programmes.
