नोट: निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर दीजिये । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

नोट : निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिये । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 30 अंकों का है। विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।

बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकारों की सुरक्षा पर सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के प्रभाव की, निर्णीत वादों की सहायता से विवेचना कीजिये।
10. What is computer hacking ? What are its various types? Discuss the law and case law related to it.
संगणक भंजन से आप क्या समझते हैं ? इसके कौन से विभिन्न प्रकार हैं? इससे संबंधित विधि व वाद विधि की विवेचना कीजिये ।

सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के युग में साइबर आतंकवाद एक चुनीती है। विवेचना कीजिये ।
12. Discuss the composition, powers and functions of Cyber Appellate Tribunal (CAT) with related provisions.
संबंधित प्रावधानों के साथ साइवर अपीलीय प्राधिकरण की संरचना, शक्तियों व कार्यों की विवेचना कीजिये ।
