Section-A
(Very Short Answer Type Questions)
( अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Answer any four questions. Each question carries 5 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words.
किन्हीं चार प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।

2. Concept of Human Rights.

3. Constitution of 'National Human Rights Commission'.
'राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग' का गठन ।
4. Name any four Collective Rights.
चार सामूहिक अधिकारों के नाम ।
5. Cultural Rights.
सांस्कृतिक अधिकार ।
Section-B
(Short Answer Type Questions)
( लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Answer any one question out of the following three questions. Each question carries 20 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।
6. Differentiate between Human Rights and Fundamental Rights.
मानव अधिकारों एवं मूलभूत अधिकारों में अन्तर बताइए ।
7. National Commission for Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes.
अनुसूचित जातियों एवं जनजातियों के लिए राष्ट्रीय आयोग ।
8. National Commission for Women.
स्त्रियों के लिए राष्ट्रीय आयोग ।
Section-C
(Long Answer Type Questions)
(दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Answer any two questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 30 marks. Answer is required in detail.
निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 30 अंकों का है । विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।
9. Discuss the expansion of Human Rights Jurisprudence through judicial interpretation under Art. 21 of the Indian Constitution.
भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 21 के अंतर्गत न्यायिक निर्वचन के द्वारा मानव अधिकार विधिशास्त्र के विस्तार की विवेचना कीजिए ।
10. Discuss the rights enshrined in European Convention on Human Rights.
यूरोपियन मानव अधिकार अभिसमय में अंतर्निहित अधिकारों का वर्णन कीजिए ।
11. Discuss the importance and provisions of Universal Declaration of Human Rights as recognized by all civilized nations.
मानवाधिकारों की सार्वभौमिक घोषणा जिसको सभी सभ्य राष्ट्रों के द्वारा सम्मिलित किया गया है, के महत्त्व एवं प्रावधानों की विवेचना कीजिए
12. Write an essay on Human Rights and United Nations Charter.
मानवाधिकार एवं संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ चार्टर पर एक निबन्ध लिखिए ।
13. Discuss the method of implementation of Human Rights as given under International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, 1966.
सिविल एवं राजनैतिक अधिकारों के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अभिसमय, 1966 के सन्दर्भ में मानवाधिकार लागू करने की प्रक्रिया को समझाइए ।
