Section-A
(Very Short Answer Type Questions)
( अति लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न)
Answer any four questions. Each question carries 5 marks. Very short answer is required not exceeding 75 words.
किन्हीं चार प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 75 शब्दों में अति लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।

Section-B
(Short Answer Type Questions)
(लघु उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Answer any one question out of the following three questions. Each question carries 20 marks. Short answer is required not exceeding 200 words.
निम्नलिखित तीन प्रश्नों में से किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 20 अंकों का है। अधिकतम 200 शब्दों में लघु उत्तर अपेक्षित है ।
6. What do you understand by electronic government? How is it relevant in present scenario?
इलैक्ट्रॉनिक शासन से आप क्या समझते हैं ? वर्तमान परिपेक्ष्य में यह कहाँ तक प्रासंगिक है ?
7. What is the procedure of issuing electronic signature certificate? What are duties of subscriber upon acceptance of the certificate?
इलैक्ट्रॉनिक हस्ताक्षर प्रमाण-पत्र जारी करने की क्या प्रक्रिया है ? प्रमाणपत्र की स्वीकृति के पश्चात् ग्राहक के क्या कर्तव्य होते हैं ?
8. Discuss the liabilities of intermediary under Information Technology Act with the help of decided cases.
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मध्यवर्ती के दायित्वों की निर्णीत वादों की सहायता से विवेचना कीजिए।

(Long Answer Type Questions)
(दीर्घ उत्तरीय प्रश्न )
Answer any two questions out of the following five questions. Each question carries 30 marks. Answer is required in detail.
निम्नलिखित पाँच प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 30 अंकों का है । विस्तृत उत्तर अपेक्षित है।
9. Concept of 'Rights' has undergone a change with the development of internet. Discuss. How has right to privacy been affected in cyber space?
इंटरनेट के विकास के साथ 'अधिकारों' की अवधारणा में परिवर्तन आया है । विवेचना कीजिए। साइबर व्योम में निजता का अधिकार किस तरह से प्रभावित हुआ है ?
10. Discuss the impact of information technology on the protection of intellectual property rights with the help of decided cases.
निर्णीत वादों की सहायता से बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकारों की सुरक्षा पर सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के प्रभाव की विवेचना कीजिए।
11. How information technology has affected crimes given in Indian Penal Code ? Explain.
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी भारतीय दंड संहिता में दिये गये अपराधों को किस तरह से प्रभावित करती है ? व्याख्या कीजिए ।
12. Discuss freedom of expression in internet.
इंटरनेट में अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता की विवेचना कीजिए ।
13.What do you mean by electronic contracts? Explain the law related to e-contracts.
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक संविदा से आप क्या समझते हैं ? ई-संविदा से सम्बन्धित कानून की विवेचना कीजिए ।
