2. Explain doctrine of eclipse.
ग्रहण के सिद्धांत का अर्थ बताइए।
3. What is doctrine of implication?
विवक्षित तौर पर के सिद्धांत का अर्थ बताइए?
4. What are the elements for the application of the doctrine of territorial nexus?
क्षेत्रिय संबंध के सिद्धांत के लागू करने के आवश्यक आधार बताइए?
5. What maxim is used to express the doctrine of retrospective operation of statutes? Write its name.
कानूनों के भूतलक्षी लागू करने के सिद्धांत पर कौन सा सूत्र लागू होता है, उसका नाम बताइए।

व्याख्या सूत्र 'एक वस्तु का स्पष्ट दूसरे का अपवर्जन है' पर उदाहरणात्मक टिप्पणी लिखिए।
7. What do you mean by conductive and disjunctive enactment? Explain.
संयोजक तथा वियोजक अधिनियमों से आप क्या समझते हैं? समझाइए।
8. Explain the rule of Harmonious Construction.
'सामंजस्यपूर्ण निर्माण' के नियम को समझाइए।

9. Explain and illustrate the rules which the courts apply in interpreting the penal statutes.
दंडात्मक कानून की व्याख्या के लिए न्यायालय जिन नियमों का पालन करते हैं उनका वर्णन दृष्टांत सहित कीजिए।
10. Discuss the doctrine of retrospective operation of statutes. How far has two doctrine been applied in India? With the help of cases, elicit the opinion of Supreme Court of India in this regard.
संनियम के भूतलक्षी संक्रिया सिद्धांत का विवेचन कीजिए। भारत में यह सिद्धांत कहां लागू हुआ है? इसके परिप्रेक्ष्य में मामलों की मदद से भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का मंतव्य प्रकट कीजिए।
11. Explain the classification of statutes based on different grounds.
विभिन्न आधारों पर संविधियों के वर्गीकरण को समझाइए।
12. What do you understand by strict interpretation of taxing statutes? Explain with the help of leading cases.
कर कानूनों के कठोर अर्थान्वयन से आप क्या समझते हैं। मार्गदर्शक निर्णयों की सहायता से समझाइए।
13. Explain the rule of interpretation of statues in pari materia with the help of leading cases.
साम्य विषयवस्तु कानूनों के निर्वचन के नियम का वर्णन प्रमुख वादों में प्रतिपादित सिद्धांत के आधार पर कीजिए।
